Loading Operations

The TT-33's magazine holds 8 cartridges.

Press down on the magazine follower with the rear of a cartridge.

Load the magazine one cartridge after another.

Insert the loaded magazine into the magazine well.

Press the magazine in until is snaps into place.

While pointing the pistol in a safe direction, pull back on the slide and let it slide fully forward.

Magazine Removal and Unloading

Depress the magazine release and pull the magazine out of the magazine well.

While pointing the pistol in a safe direction, pull back on the slide and eject the cartridge.

Visually inspect chamber to make sure it is empty and safe.

Manual Slide Stop Operation

The picture above shows the direction and place to push upwards on the the slide stop to lock open the slide.

The slide will stay open after the last fired cartridge casing is ejected from the port. You can manually lock the slide back without having a magazine loaded. The picture above shows the slide stop in its lower unlocked position.

Pull the slide to the rear and manually push up on the slide stop until the slide locks open.

To unlock the slide just pull down on the slide stop.

 Allow the slide to slide forward.

Safety Operation

The TT-33 Pistol's safety lever has two positions. The picture above shows the lever in the "Safe" position.

The picture above shows the lever in the 'Fire" or "Off" position.
