Loading

| Place rifle with
muzzle pointing in safe direction. |

| Open bolt and pull to
rear of receiver. Place clip into guide in top of Mauser receiver.

| Push down on clip into
grooves as shown in Loading 3. |

| Once clip is inserted
into receiver, push down on rounds until they strip off of clip and
are loaded into the magazine as shown in Loading 4. |

| Pull stripper clip out
of receiver as shown in Loading 6 . Close bolt (this
action chambers first round into the chamber) and engage safety. |

Single Rounds |

| Insert 5 or less rounds
into magazine as shown in Loading Single Rounds - Loading 2
. Close bolt (this action chambers first round into the chamber) and

Unloading |

| Place the rifle's safety
on. Turn rifle over. Take a round or other blunt tool and insert it
into the magazine release catch as shown in Unloading 1
. |

 |
| Release magazine door
as shown in Unloading 2. |
|
 |
| Allow all rounds in
magazine to fall away from magazine. |
|
Safety Operations

|
| Safety 1
shows the Mauser safety in the off position. |
|
 |
| Safety 2
shows the Mauser in the middle position. This position allows for the
opening of the bolt - but does not allow for the trigger to be pulled. |
|
 |
| Safety 3
shows the Mauser in the far right - "Safety On" position. This position
does not allow you to open the bolt or pull the trigger. |
